Shipping and Delivery

LOTUS PEAKS is based in NSW, Australia. This information covers orders dispatched from postcode 2752 using Australia Post.

Destinations

Our configured delivery destinations are Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea. Other destinations are not currently available at checkout.

Delivery options and charges

Australia Post Standard and Express options are available for eligible Australian orders. International Standard is available for eligible orders to the listed overseas destinations. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Rates depend on order weight and destination. Standard parcel rates cover eligible orders up to 5 kg within Australia and 2 kg internationally. Larger, bulky or special-handling orders may require a separate shipping quote. If no rate appears, contact us before placing an order.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from 56 Weir Road, Warragamba NSW 2752, Australia. For in-stock items with payment confirmed before 1 pm NSW local time (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays, we aim to dispatch the same business day. Orders received at or after 1 pm, on weekends or on public holidays are normally dispatched the next business day. Same-day dispatch is a target, not a guarantee.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Within Australia, our estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for Standard and 1–4 business days for Express, measured from dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; delivery to some regional or remote areas may take longer. Express changes the postal service, not the order cutoff.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing; the Australian estimates above do not apply to overseas orders. See Australia Post international delivery information for current guidance. Delivery estimates exclude order preparation, customs delays and public holidays.

Tracking and delivery problems

We will send tracking information when a tracked order is dispatched. Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Contact lotuspeaksco@gmail.com promptly if your address needs correcting or your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

International customs

Destination authorities may charge import duties, taxes or clearance fees. Unless included at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient. Customs may request additional information and can affect delivery time. Destination and product restrictions may limit whether an order can be shipped.

Steering wheels and bulky products

Steering wheels and other bulky products require suitable protective packaging and confirmed shipping arrangements. Contact us if shipping is unavailable for your chosen product. Product availability does not by itself establish vehicle compatibility or road-use approval.
